HOW A SUBSCRIBER REACHES THE FORM

Browser opt-in workflow

  1. Visit the public website.Go to instantmegawatt.com.
  2. Use the Network Desk.Ask a question and receive a response. No telephone number is collected by the AI conversation.
  3. Select “Text transcript.”The separate delivery panel opens only after a completed conversation.
  4. Enter a mobile number.The visitor manually enters the destination number with country code.
  5. Affirm optional consent.The SMS checkbox begins unchecked and must be selected separately. Consent is not required to use the Network Desk or purchase anything.
  6. Request delivery.InstantMegawatt sends only the requested transcript, potentially in multiple parts. The request does not create marketing enrollment.

Transactional only

  • User-requested Network Desk transcript delivery.
  • Separately consented account access, onboarding and support notices.
  • Separately consented dispatch, reservation, technician-coordination, service-status and billing notices.
  • No marketing, lead generation, affiliate promotion or purchased-list messaging.
  • Message frequency varies for members; a transcript request is one delivery that may contain multiple SMS parts.

Clear participant choice

  • The SMS checkbox is optional, separate and unchecked by default.
  • Telephone-call transcript delivery is retired and is not part of the SMS program.
  • SMS consent is separate from acceptance of Terms and Privacy.
  • Reply STOP to opt out; reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in.
  • Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@instantmegawatt.com.
  • Mobile information and consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
