Program
After an optional affirmative opt-in, InstantMegawatt may send account-access, onboarding, support-case, charging-request, dispatch, reservation, technician-coordination, service-status, billing-related and user-requested Network Desk transcript text messages. Marketing texts require a separate future consent and are not included in this program.
Network Desk transcript delivery
A visitor may request a one-time SMS copy of a browser Network Desk conversation. The visitor completes the conversation, opens Text transcript, enters a mobile number and selects the separate transcript-delivery consent. Telephone-call transcript delivery is not offered. A browser transcript may arrive in multiple parts and is limited to the most recent 5,000 characters through the point of the request. This request does not enroll the number in recurring marketing messages.
Consent and frequency
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with your account and service activity. A requested browser Network Desk transcript is a single delivery that may use multiple SMS parts. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance or visit instantmegawatt.com. Opt-out processing may require a short period to propagate through communications systems.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage, device availability and carrier filtering may affect delivery. Provider acceptance is not a carrier or handset delivery receipt. Never depend on SMS for emergencies or time-critical safety action.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS consent are handled under the Privacy Policy and are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
