No third-party reprints are currently listed.
InstantMegawatt presently publishes original reporting and analysis, original summaries, and links to publisher-controlled sources. A candidate reprint remains private until the exact material, current rights holder and permitted use are confirmed in writing.
Permission boundary: Only the current copyright owner of the exact material—or an authorized licensing representative—can grant the requested reprint rights. Permission for article text does not automatically cover photographs, charts, illustrations or other separately owned material.
Define the use before publishing the work.

The reader should never have to guess where the work came from.
Original commissions and reprints are separate agreements.
Writers may be invited to propose original technical analysis for the Heavy EV Brief or its member publications. Commission terms should identify the assignment, fee, deadline, editorial process, disclosure obligations, copyright ownership and any later reuse. A conversation about future work does not authorize InstantMegawatt to reproduce previously published material.
Writers, publishers and licensing representatives may contact support@instantmegawatt.com with the article title, original URL and the rights they control.
Confirm ownership before relying on permission.
The U.S. Copyright Office explains that lawful reuse can be supported by permission or a license from the copyright owner and that ownership must be investigated for the exact material being used. This page describes InstantMegawatt’s publication practice and is not legal advice.
